Do I need to have an account to shop
at CHARLESKEITH.COM?
Having an account with CHARLESKEITH.COM will speed up the
checkout process and allow you to keep track of your orders. You can sign up for an account
before shopping or create one before you head to checkout.
You also have the option to shop through guest checkout. However, your
information will not be stored and you will not be able to check or make
amendments to your order if you have opted for guest checkout. If you
change your mind, you can still create an account after placing your
order using your current details.
What are the benefits of creating an

password?
Head to the Sign In page and enter your email
address under Forgot Password. You will receive an email with a link to
reset your password.
To change your password, sign into your account and head to Change Password. You can
also do this through your Account Details page.
How can I edit/update my account
details?
Sign in to your account, head to My Account and then to My Profile. You can then
edit/update your particulars.
How can I edit/update my billing and
shipping addresses?
Sign in to your account, head to My Account and then to Address Book. You can then
edit/update your billing and shipping addresses and save them for future
orders.

How can I become a CHARLES & KEITH
Privilege member?
To join us as a member, all you need to do is to make a purchase at
either CHARLESKEITH.COM(Hong Kong SAR
site) with a registered account or at one of our CHARLES & KEITH retail
stores in Hong Kong SAR, of minimum amount HK$1,500 in a single receipt.
Your membership is non-transferable and valid only for registered
customers. Without prejudice to any action, misuse and/or abuse of
privileges will result in the termination of membership by CHARLES &
KEITH. CHARLES & KEITH reserves the right to amend the Terms &
Conditions of its programme without prior notice. The decision
of CHARLES & KEITH shall be final and binding in the event of a dispute
arising out of or in connection with transactions made with membership
privileges.

For online purchases at CHARLESKEITH.COM (Hong Kong SAR),
please ensure you register for an account and sign in prior to making
your purchase. We regret to inform you that you can’t qualify for
privilege membership if you have opted for guest checkout.
Can I get the 10% discount privilege
immediately on the purchase which qualifies me to be a member?
No, unfortunately the 10% discount is only applicable for your next
purchase.
How do I activate my member
privileges?
Registered via online account
- Once you become a CHARLES & KEITH privilege member, you will automatically enjoy the privileges when you shop with your online account at CHARLESKEITH.COM (Hong Kong SAR site). A confirmation notification will be sent to your email address to inform you about your privilege membership status before you can start to enjoy your member privileges online.
Registered via retail store
- You will receive an email within 7 working days to activate your online membership. If you have not received an email after 7 working days, please contact our customer service department at customers@charleskeith.com for further assistance.
Can I enjoy my member privileges
online immediately after I become a privilege member in a retail store?
No, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address to inform
you about your membership status before you can enjoy your privileges
online. Should you not have an online account, activate your account via
the link in the email. If you have an existing online account registered
with the same email address, your privileges will be activated
automatically.
Do I get to enjoy the same retail
store member privileges on CHARLESKEITH.COM?
You will enjoy a 10% discount on regular-price items
both online and in-store. This is not applicable for any special project
item(s).
Can I use the promo codes I receive
via email at retail stores?
No, all promo codes can only be used for online purchases. Use your
promo code at the checkout page and make sure you’ve signed into your
account when making your online purchase.
Can I enjoy my membership privileges
in overseas stores?
Member privileges are only valid in the location where the privilege
membership has been registered. Memberships registered through CHARLES &
KEITH retail stores overseas and on other sites are not valid at CHARLES
& KEITH retail stores in Hong Kong SAR and online at CHARLESKEITH.COM (Hong Kong SAR
site).
Will my privilege membership
expire?
No, your privilege membership will not expire.
